Mission
House of Sudan exists to build a disciplined, transnational network of Sudanese professionals operating across finance, law, policy, and culture; focused on long-term capital formation, institutional influence, and national development.
Vision
To establish a modern Sudanese elite infrastructure that bridges diaspora and homeland; producing enduring institutions, shaping markets, and influencing global narratives with precision and authority.
Where We Are Going
House of Sudan launched digitally in early 2026 with a coordinated Instagram presence and a selective founding cohort model. The immediate priority is building verified network density: small groups of six to ten vetted members drawn from top universities and early-career roles in finance, law, policy, and technology.
The near-term roadmap centers on New York City. We are building toward a physical presence; initially through curated events and professional mixers, and ultimately a dedicated venue that functions as a private coordination hub. The model is self-sustaining by design: internal sponsorship pipelines, member-driven capital circulation, and revenue generated across subsidiaries fund the infrastructure rather than relying on institutional grants or charity models.
On the economic side, Investment Research will evolve into a closed-loop capital allocator; producing proprietary deal flow and investment theses accessible to members first. Arag Studio will expand its direct-to-consumer reach across the Northeast and Canada, with limited drops tied to cultural moments. The Gazette is being positioned as the authoritative English-language source on Sudanese affairs; with ambitions toward syndication and partnerships with established media organizations.
Policy Lab outputs are being structured for submission to think tanks, fellowship programs, and U.S. government advisory channels. The goal is durable influence at the institutional level; not visibility for its own sake.
Longer term, House of Sudan intends to operate as a transnational platform with nodes in the Gulf, East Africa, and Canada; connecting Sudanese professionals across jurisdictions into a single coordinated network capable of directing capital, talent, and policy attention toward Sudan's reconstruction and development. The coordination gap that has left Sudanese talent underrepresented in high-income fields outside medicine is a solvable problem; this is the infrastructure built to solve it.
